Homeopathic medicine for uterine fibroids does not shrink leiomyomas, stop heavy bleeding on a reliable schedule, or replace ultrasound, iron, hormones, GnRH medicines, uterine-artery embolisation or myomectomy. Fibroids are common benign smooth-muscle lumps. Pictures such as Sabina describe a bleeding pattern, not a tumour protocol. A 30C is not a GnRH agonist.

People search how to treat uterine fibroids with homeopathy because pads fail and a neighbour has a Thuja story. The useful part of the tradition is naming how the blood comes. The useless part is “Calcarea 200 will bring the fibroid down.”

Fibroids are leiomyomas, not a “sycotic growth” you dissolve

Uterine fibroids (leiomyomas, myomas) are non-cancerous growths of uterine muscle. They may be intramural, subserosal or submucosal. Size and location drive symptoms: heavy periods, pressure, frequency, constipation, pain with sex, anaemia. Many are silent.

What actually changes fibroids and bleeding

• Ultrasound — size, number, cavity involvement.
• CBC / ferritin — heavy flow is an anaemia problem.
• Medicines your gynaecologist indicates (including short GnRH courses before surgery).
• Procedures matched to fertility goals: hysteroscopic removal of submucosal fibroids; myomectomy if the uterus stays; hysterectomy if that is the informed choice.
• Do not use Damiana or unmarked “fibroid syrups” as a scan substitute.

Side effects — what is real

30C: delay of anaemia, transfusion, or a sarcoma-mimic (rare, but growing fibroids after menopause are not “just homeopathy”). Material Sabina is a poison. See homeopathy side effects.
