What Kali bromatum is — and what it is not

Bromide salts accumulate: renal half-life in humans is often cited around 10–12 days. Toxicity is neuropsychiatric and dermatologic (bromoderma). That is PubChem and toxicology, not a reason to fear a 30C.
It is not an SSRI, not valproate, and not dermatology acne care. A DUT dissertation found Kali bromatum 30CH no better than placebo for acne lesion counts. Uncontrolled Indian acne series cannot overturn that.
