Arsenicum album 30 is the usual home potency of arsenic trioxide. Homeopaths classically give it for a restless, anxious, chilly patient with burning pains better from heat, sips of water, worse around midnight, often after bad food. A properly made 30C contains no measurable arsenic. Arsenic trioxide is a poison — ATSDR: as little as 1–2.5 mg/kg can be fatal. Low-potency or contaminated products have caused real arsenic illness. Arsenicum is not ORS, not a COVID preventative, and not chelation.

What Arsenicum is — and what it is not
Boericke: restlessness, anguish, fear of death, burning better heat, thirst for sips, midnight, vomiting and diarrhoea together, offensive discharges, chilly yet wants hot drinks. Kent: fastidious, dependent, exhausted.

There is no high-quality trial that Arsenicum 30 treats cholera, norovirus, or SARS-CoV-2.

ATSDR: some imported homeopathic/naturopathic remedies have contained arsenic. If the bottle is not a reputable 30C, treat it as a toxicology problem.
