Urtica urens 30 is the usual home potency of dwarf stinging nettle. Homeopaths classically give it for prickling, stinging hives, first-degree burns, and some uric-acid rhymes, also suppressed milk in the old obstetric notes. A properly made 30C contains no measurable nettle juice. Urtica is not adrenaline. Airway hives are 108 / 112. Nettle soup is a food; it is not 30C.

What Urtica is — and what it is not
