A properly made 30C contains no measurable colchicine. The plant and prescription colchicine are poisons with a narrow margin — uses dosed colchicine for gout under medical rules. What Colchicum is — and what it is not

Prescription colchicine does have evidence in gout flares and in familial Mediterranean fever — and it poisons when kidney/liver disease, CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. clarithromycin), or extra tablets stack up. Early toxicity: burning mouth, vomiting, diarrhoea; later marrow and heart failure.
INCHEM PIM 142: C. autumnale extracts contain colchicine; 2.5 g seeds ~10 mg colchicine in their old calculation. A Ljubljana series of accidental plant ingestions had 25% mortality in-hospital in that cohort (PMID 33156711).
