Homeopathy for Stomach Pain: Red Flags Before Nux 30

Homeopathic medicine for stomach pain is chosen on pattern — spice and ineffectual stool, burning night acid, colic that doubles you up — not as a proven ulcer healer. Abdominal pain can be reflux, ulcer, gallstone, pancreas, appendix, obstruction, heart, or pelvic disease. A 30C is not a PPI, not a laparoscopy, and not morphine. Black stool, a board-like belly, or pain that tears through to the back with vomiting is 108, not Nux.

H. pylori test-and-treat, PPI, stop NSAIDs, and endoscopy when alarmed. Gallstones: ultrasound and surgery when indicated. Pancreatitis: hospital. Appendicitis: surgeon.

No trial shows Nux 30 heals an ulcer crater.

What you can do that is not a pellet

• Smaller evening meals; head-up bed if reflux (GERD).
• Stop leftover NSAIDs and leftover steroids.

• Do not drink Nux Q as a “digestive bitters.”
