Homeopathic medicine for xanthelasma is sold as Calcarea, Allium sativa or “liver salts.” Xanthelasma palpebrarum is a lipid deposit in eyelid skin. It does not melt with 30C.: check lipids, glucose, thyroid and liver; lowering lipids may not erase plaques that are already there; removal is surgical, laser, TCA or similar, and recurrence is common. A pellet is not a statin and not a blepharoplasty.

Dermatology: excision, CO2/Er:YAG/PDL lasers, TCA. Recurrence is the rule of thumb, not the exception (treatment reviews). Eyelid surgery is specialist — not a parlour acid.

If you use a 30C at all, it is a constitutional hobby, not a de-lipidiser. 3–5 globules, then stop — and keep the statin if you were given one.

What you can do that is not a pellet

• Lipid panel, HbA1c, TSH; LFT if the story fits.
• Mediterranean-pattern food, movement, no smoking — same as any CVD plan.
• Take the lipid drug you were prescribed. Do not stop it for Allium 30.
• Cosmetic removal only with someone who operates on eyelids.
• Do not apply pharmacy “wart acid” to an eyelid.

Side effects — what is real

30C will not dissolve fat into the bloodstream. The harm is uncontrolled LDL, a heart event, and eyelid scarring from kitchen chemistry.
